'Check in was easy. Location was super convenient just 5 minutes from the airport and 2 blocks from the beach. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for being so busy. As a solo traveler I appreciated that you need a key card to access the interior of the hotel itself. The building itself is in need of renovation, it’s very outdated and many pieces of walls need to be repaired. Despite this I’d stay here again.'

'This was a “we needed a place to stay for the night before leaving early the next day” kinda stay. Staff was friendly, parking lot felt safe, the room was clean, it was a WONDERFUL place to see, especially after driving all day. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time I go through Raleigh. '

'Room was clean and sufficiently large. Heating and air conditioning worked fine. Staff was helpful. Parking was convenient. TV was good. Plenty of hot water for shower and shaving. I had to wrestle with the device that changed the water from bath to shower, but I got it. I plan to stay here again next weekend.'

'The staff is AMAZINGLY kind and welcoming. However, there is no breakfast so don't be fooled with Expedia portraying it as a hotel with breakfast. The do have coffee and juice around the clock. Lots in the area near by to walk to. Other guest was more of my issue than anything within the control of hotel. Fighting at 3AM was obnoxious. '
