'The room smell like mildew. There was hair all in the shower not cleaned we told them they said they came back in the next morning to clean and only thing they fixed was the bed still never cleaned the shower. Light fixtures in room were missing screws we told them the light probably would fall off the walls. The pool was very cloudy and kids were swimming in nasty water'

'The staff only took a credit card. Without it, I wouldn't have gotten a room. I stayed for a week, and was asked several questions of why I would be there for a week. I'm there on vacation, what else.'

'Very nice Hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. Be very careful when turning into the property. You need to be in the far right turn only lane and turn before the ramp to the expressway. Very dangerous if you don't know the turn is there before the expressway on ramp. Not the Hotel's fault, but should be noted for those not familiar with the area.'
