'Seriously, folks, we must have stayed when the hotel was understaffed. The bed in our room had a yellowish wet spot in the middle of the mattress which forced us to switch rooms. The “fitted” bed sheets were placed 90 degrees the wrong way and kept coming off. The toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet. The room frig’s 4-inch wide freezer was iced over so much that you could only fit something 1-inch wide in it. The hallways were messy. The only redeeming quality was the honest efforts of...

'Geweldig hotel, super mooie kamer maar service niet in verhouding tot de klasse van het hotel. Ontbijt op borden in piepschuim met plastieken bekers en brstek is een ware schande.'
