'The staff was great, no complaints. However my room was not clean, I had food and coins under the sofa bed when we pulled it out for my son. We had Reese cup papers on the floor. We were in the bed and the fire alarm went off, we took the stairs down only to find out it was a false alarm because the elevators got stuck open. Oh well thing happen, the actual hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Sometimes things just happen and me I think that’s what happen. I would give it a second chance...

'Our first room had a dog down the hall that barked for 2.5 hours straight. When i went to the desk to request a room change there were guests checking out for the same reason. The front desk was happy to move our room. We get to the second room and there is yet another dog that barked for a solid hour. I know this is a pet friendly hotel and I have stayed in many pet friendly hotels and have never experienced this. So on to the third room on the 1st floor. The entire hallway smelled like wet...
