'Easy access to the beach. Perfect weather. Nicely furnished and updated rooms and bathrooms. The gym is tiny- not much equipment. The location is perfect for Montauk and Amagansett. The staff were very nice and hard working.'

'Very nice overnight visit. My only real complaint was that the air conditioning system should be located both in the living room area and the bedroom area. Keeping it in the bedroom area makes the bedroom too cold, or hot during the winter. Otherwise, great location, steps to the beach, near downtown, worked well for me.'
