'We had issues with the room which took multiple conversations with the front desk and maintenance to fix- multiple apologies and excuses. In the end issues addressed. Kristen at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. The fact that the pool and the fitness center were closed was a huge dissatisfiers' Area shops are open from 10-4p and not everyday.'

'The cabin is amazing! I called the day before we arrived to check on some amenities. The person I spoke with was very friendly and informative about the area. The cabin was super clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large jetted tub that was not advertised and there was a grill at the cabin that was not advertised as well. Cons- The pool was cold for my liking and the hot tub is small. The front desk person was not at the desk when we arrived. There was a sign...

'We kinda got screwed on this stay because i had put for 3 people and we got 1 bed. I left a day earlier because the other 2 people did not want to share a bed again.'
