'Het hotel ligt in het CBD, op 3 minuten lopen van de Sky Tower en 5 van de Art Gallery of Queens Street de winkelstraat. De haven ligt op 10 minuten wandelen. Het hotel is een modern hotel met mooi ingerichte kamers met alle comfort. De badkamer is voorzien van een ruime tweepersoonsdouche. Alles was schoon. Er is een restaurant met het ruime ontbijtbuffet of voor 's avonds. Het personeel was attent en behulpzaam.'

'I stayed at the Pullman Auckland for a period of 20 nights. Upon check-in room availability was limited and I was put in a room on the 5th floor for which the carpet was simply dirty and needed replacement. Little annoyed by a comment of one of the male receptionist but the other staff was very professional and secured me a room on a different floor with newer carpet etc. which was fine. 'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'I paid for the location, the "business center" and because they said online this property had free newspapers -- which it didn't. I generally enjoyed the room, although there was a loud hum in the bathroom for most of it. I didn't find the staff particularly helpful when I arrived, as I asked about using the business center (a computer) and they gave me the runaround, although I used it anyway. Staff was much better when I checked out, guiding me with my questions about going to the airport...
