We originally booked a hotel down the street, HAD THE WORST first impression and refused to stay. We drove down the street to the Hilton Garden Inn and Jervon helped me with such warmth and kindness. I know he could tell I was frazzled, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He got us into a beautiful clean room immediately (before their actual check in time) and I was so grateful!

'Room was a little worn for wear and not the freshest smelling. Shredded bath floor towel and tears in carpet... Was definitely not a 4 star property. First time I've been disappointed in a Hilton property, especially for the price of the room. Resturant staff were all exceptional for breakfast. Kudos to the server who was running front of the house, serving and clearing all by herself - all with a smile the whole time!'

'Air con was loud and smelled looked like it was from 1970
Maids so jaded and angry and maintenance people were like out of a dateline episode😳. Bedding was awful more like a tablecloth...it was loud dated ,& old rusty and dirty inside & outside and when I asked for hot water the breakfast staff said they had none🤔they were also angry people seemed so unhappy to be working it was the worst!'
