'Overall, a good experience. The property and room was clean and had two good nights rest. Pool was nice and indoors, and convenient in house restaurant/bar. Very accessible location to the Parkway. Enjoyed that ground level rooms also had direct access out to parking lot. On the downside, while pet friendly, there was an additional nightly fee that was not part of the listing. 'Check in was quick and easy. The room itself was quite large which is great! There were many issues with the appearance of the room including slimmy/slippy floors. The woodwork needed painted as it was chipped. The bathroom blue door had streaks of white paint on it. The bed was very uncomfortable, leaning to the end of the bed feeling like you needed guard rails to stay in bed. The bed sheet was actually a mattress cover with elastic all around the edge. The commode was not cleaning...

I mentioned it to the woman at the desk who blew me off, with a smile, by saying that they had new lampshades and they were going to repave the parking lot.
