'We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Koutu. Rob was zelf aanwezig in het huis toen wij aankwamen en heeft ons wegwijs gemaakt. Het huis was gezellig versierd voor de kerst. Aan alles wat we konden verzinnen voor een fijn verblijf was gedacht. Erg prettig dat het huis op loopafstand van de plaats Rotorua ligt, wij zijn verschillende keren lopend naar de stad gegaan. Kortom: een aanrader als je een verblijf zoekt vlakbij Rotorua.'

'Loved staying here. Checked in late but had lockbox on site so that was fine. Nice bedding and comfortable for a family especially with outdoor deck. Took our pup which was a bonus. Will be going back in summer. '

'Onze cottage was heel erg chique en met grote aandacht voor alle details ingericht. Een heerlijk bed met luxe beddengoed. Twee fijne armstoelen met een goede leeslamp. Een grote, ruime badkamer. Werkelijk alles klopte.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Settlers Hut. The view from the deck is stunning! It had everything we needed and the added bonus of a complementary bottle of bubbles. A perfect relaxing stay. '
