'This is a great hostel in Rotorua. The staff are so friendly and showed us round on arrival. They have recently renovated the place and continue to put money into it and it shows. Everything was super clean and the heater in the room was excellent. Great value stay. Thanks :)'

'The beds were comfortable. The milk was frozen. The shower confusing, time consuming, inconsistent and very temperamental. Batteries in the aircon remote were flat so the room was quite cold without the extra heating so could do with some spare blankets, luckily we bought one with us. We stayed in room G4 the Family room with ensuite, which is the only roadside accesible room and you cant access the rest of the building through this door. There needs to be a little more signage to indicate this...
