'I stayed at the Pullman Auckland for a period of 20 nights. Upon check-in room availability was limited and I was put in a room on the 5th floor for which the carpet was simply dirty and needed replacement. Little annoyed by a comment of one of the male receptionist but the other staff was very professional and secured me a room on a different floor with newer carpet etc. which was fine. Overall space in the room was good and the bed was nice (not a big fan of the pillows as they were too...

'Very nice hotel in the City center. A lot of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. We had a room at the 20th floor on the side with great view of the bay. Very quit room, we loved that.'

'Good value for money room is small but tidy friendly reception central location. Right on the road so traffic can be noisy but thats the price you pay for central location I guess'
