Check in and check out was a very smooth process without contact which is ideal when you have kids. Overall it was pretty pleasant. The downside was the bathroom and kitchen we both not cleaned very well with hairs all over the bathtub and dirty spots all over the floors in both the kitchen and bathroom. My kids came with me and wanted to sleep on the fold out...
