'We had a great experience right from the beginning the communication was great the place was lovely and was just what we needed for my hubby and I and 2 teens, location was great. Only thing that could be improved is the wifi very patchy and sometimes did not work at all but still 5 star stay, definitely recommend this place, and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch!!! 'Glad to see the listing has been updated. Was quite shocked to find owner lives out the back in a caravan, when we were expecting a private property.Beds are way past firm. Had to go out and buy a mattress topper to get a decent nights sleep.Note that owner is on pre paid power, so if you use more than estimated, you may get asked to contribute more.Had no issues with owner, friendly.'
