'Foi muito bom. Passamos dois dias. Atendimento muito bom, chuveiro do quarto que ficamos SHOW EXCELENTE. Não gostei dos travesseiros, estavam cheirando mal, e estava com uns pano enrolados. Ainda bem que sempre levo o meu. A cortina é curta deixando a luz do holofote do lado entrar no quarto. "Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. "

"We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer."
