'Convenient location with a comfortable bed. Staff was excellent. Options at breakfast were above average. Bed was comfortable and the room was in good shape. The floor needed a deep and thorough vacuuming - it was the only area that disappointed. Good value overall for a place to sleep for a night.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We stayed overnight while visiting friends in the area. Everything was perfect, from the smooth and friendly check-in to the amazing breakfast (the crustless quiches were 🔥!). Super clean rooms with comfy beds- highly recommend this location if looking for a budget-friendly hotel. '

'The room we were assigned to, the floor was sticky and had spilled liquid. Reported this to the front desk, and she blew me off. The breakfast staff was excellent with a few mishaps with (1) coffee maker operating, and no cranberry juice.'
