'Room was specious and pretty clean but it just had historic/old feeling about it rooms are update but work was not so good breakfast was great staff was kind beds were pretty comfortable but there was connecting room, And you could hear it all its great for short stay but still think it was overpriced for the looks and location room had fridge microwaive iron hairdryer'

'Hotel was wonderful, every employee we encountered was polite, always smiled and said hello. Restaurants need to be open later, came back from a concert after midnight and no food options. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'Fabulous stay, the people at the front desk were awesome and very friendly. Pool and gym were very nice. Clean rooms and even with them redoing some things you wouldn't even know it if you didn't see them doing so. Breakfast it wonderful so many selections.'
