Not as listed. Not very clean. Very noisy.

Condo not as pictured, even though I contacted the realtor and asked and was assured it was. Door wouldn't lock to condo. (They did come quickly to fix.) When we called about the door lock we were told they thought we were checking out. We had just got there. Had to call twice about that. The mattress covers had rust all over them, the floors had copious amounts of sand in them, so did the counters. The bathrooms weren't clean. Used shampoo and such were left in the bathrooms. It was very noisy. People running upstairs keeping us awake, loud noises downstairs. Yelling and partying going on. A lot of marijuana smoke coming in through balcony doors, even though is supposed to be a non-smoking building. Screaming children running up and down the halls.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH ELLIOT BEACH RENTALS!!!!!!!!

I want to start by saying that I am not a picky person. By any means. But the encounter I received from Elliot was absolutely horrific. Arrived to the condo early with my family, went to check in at main lobby like the text said, front desk staff said since it’s not their rental, you don’t check in with them. So decided to go to the room. It hadn’t been cleaned. I thought ok I’ll wait, check in is between 3-5pm we can wait till 5. So my crew went to the beach. 5pm comes I check the room, still dirty. So I called Elliot Rentals. It’s impossible to get thru, their phone systems are also garbage and continuously cut off or they are just hanging up because of how extremely unprofessional they are. So I call, the lady was confused why it hadn’t been cleaned, she contacted house keeping and said she was sending them up and it’ll be done in the hour. Went up at 630. Still not cleaned. Called back, finally got ahold o another operator who had no idea what was going on. She called the staff and what a surprise! They went home! By this time it’s 730pm. My family is exhausted from the 10 hour drive, we have a 3 year old and an extremely frail elderly diabetic that wanted to see the beach one last time before she couldn’t make the trip anymore. We sat out for 5 HOURS waiting for our condo to be cleaned. Had we had known it wasn’t going to get done, we would have did it ourselves and not waited. So… we had to clean the condo ourselves. Go buy cleaners because there was none. Strip someone else’s linens, pick up their towels and wash rags, scrub the bathrooms as clean the entire 2 bedroom condo. When I finally spoke to a supervisor, I was given an ultimatum of “free check out cleaning”(which I had already paid for and was included in my rental) or take the minimal amount I had to fight to get back. Also we seen cockroaches in the room, and I have pictures of how disgusting the beds were since we had to take the sheets off ourselves. Oh and I still have not received the refund they promised. It’s been almost a week, and none of them have returned my calls about the refund. The Bay Watch resort is beautiful!!! But DO NO USE ANY RENTALS THRU ELLIOT BEACH REALITY, for your own good!!!
