Beach Cove Resort is an oceanfront getaway in North Myrtle Beach’s Windy Hill area, offering a relaxed, family-friendly setting close to top attractions. Enjoy direct beach access, resort-style pools and dining, and an easy 5-minute drive to Barefoot Landing for shopping, restaurants, and live entertainment. Golf courses, shows, and family attractions are all nearby, with quick access to Hwy 17 and convenient Uber/Lyft service.

GETTING AROUND
Beach Cove Resort offers easy access to Highway 17 with on-site parking available. Golf carts and bikes are popular and easy ways to explore the area, while Uber and Lyft are widely available for quick trips. The resort area is walkable, with nearby restaurants, bars, and beach access. Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is about a 25-minute drive away.

INTERACTION WITH HOST
This is a private rental, and we, your hosts, are available to answer any questions you may have. For the quickest response, please contact us directly through the booking platform. The resort`s front desk is not associated with our unit and cannot assist with your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
**Mandatory Rental Agreement**
Upon booking, you must complete our rental agreement within one hour. This includes a non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages. Failure to complete the agreement may lead to cancellation.

**Resort Amenity Restrictions**
Please note that the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are for owner use only and are not accessible to our guests.

**Beach Gear**
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the condo but are available for seasonal rental from the lifeguards on the beach.

**Extended Stays**
This condo is perfect for both short trips and longer vacations. Please inquire about our discounts for weekly or monthly bookings.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom in Tower B. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
