Its home to three bedrooms and two bathrooms and comfortably accommodates six. Step inside and take in the beauty of the knotty pine walls and wood flooring throughout. Sip on your morning cup of coffee on the front porch then head back to your private deck for an evening cocktail or meal at the picnic table. The kitchen features marble countertops, white cabinets and a subway tile backsplash. The cozy living room has a flat screen tv and comfortable seating and overlooks a dining area. A spacious guest suite has a queen bed and an updated en suite bathroom. Another guest room features another queen bed while the third room has two twin beds – perfect for your littlest visitors. An enclosed outdoor shower is the perfect place to scrub off the sand from your long days at the beach. FAST & CONVENIENT CHECK-IN
Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building.

DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES
For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay. Construction
