Hoekeenheid - Plafond tot vloer, rondom Ocean View

Shoreham Towers II is een van de meest exclusieve, unieke gebouwen aan de oceaan in Noord Myrtle Beach. Weinig huiseigenaren huren, dus het strand is niet druk zoals in de grote resorts. Ons hoekelement van 1650 vierkante voet beschikt over kamerhoge ramen, omwikkelbare ramen en balkons bij elke kamer. Het uitzicht op en langs de kustlijn is spectaculair!

We besteden veel zorg en plezier aan het onderhouden en bijwerken van onze vijf huizen - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) en Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

We maken geen gebruik van een bureau. Eigenaar, Margaret Williams, wil graag met alle eerste keer huurders spreken. Reinheid is een topprioriteit.

Dit toestel is prachtig ingericht en uitgerust met veel gemakken en voorzieningen van thuis. Meubels worden in goede staat gehouden, matrassen zijn van topkwaliteit en netheid is absoluut essentieel! Wij bieden vertrek schoonmaak en linnengoed. Slaapplaatsen zijn koning in meester, koningin in tweede, tweeling in derde.

Home heeft vier televisies, dvd en Wi-Fi high speed internet toegang. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid op het terrein en een beveiligde lobby. Vuilstortkokers bevinden zich op elke verdieping. Grillen, picknickplaats en badkamers liggen bij het zwembad. Ook op strandniveau is een privé-opslageenheid met strandstoelen, boogieplanken en zandspeelgoed (aanbod varieert vanwege de elementen).

Verhuur is van zaterdag tot zaterdag. Wij zijn een NIET-ROKERS condominium en dit beleid is ook van toepassing op het balkon. Geen huisdieren, geen motorfietsen toegestaan op het terrein. Alleen volwassenen ouder dan 25 en gezinnen.

Exceptional in all ways. Condo exceeded expectations and communication with Mrs. Williams were excellent. Close to Bare Foot Landing and short ride to Broadway. The perfect get away!

My adult children and I came to Myrtle Beach to rest and unwind from a long and grueling Buffalo winter. Our trip could not have been better - the condo is beautiful and has all of the amenities that we needed. The patio - perfection! Ideal for watching the sunrise every morning. Our weather in April was sunny and warm every day. I LOVED our stay and am trying to figure out when I can go back!! I would highly recommend this beautiful space, go and enjoy yourselves!

Condo was super clean and well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. By far one of the best condo my family and I have stayed in and that says a lot we have been going to N.Myrtle for 25 yrs. The pictures don’t do the size of the condo justice. We were surprised at how big it was. There was 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 kids. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other like we have at past places. The location was great. The beach was not too crowded. The condo itself had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. There’s a full size washer and dryer in the unit which was a bonus. Margaret was great with communication! The only “complaint” from me and it really isn’t even a complaint was that there wasn’t any other kids there and a lot of middle aged people and so when we were at the pool and the older people were there, I felt like I was ruining their quiet time because my kids were loud and playing. It may have just been the week we were there too. Maybe different weeks there will be other kids. I just kind of felt like mine were being annoying to others. Overall though, it was a fantastic week and I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful!

This is the nicest place I have stayed in Myrtle Beach. It is the cleanest of any VRBO I have stayed at. The windows looking out at the ocean are floor to ceiling and make it feel like you are next to the water. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has many pots, pans and anything you need. I can’t wait to come back.
