Crescent Sands F4 is een prachtig appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers aan de oceaan in het gedeelte Crescent Beach van North Myrtle Beach. Unit F4 bevindt zich op de 4e verdieping, heeft een lift en een absoluut prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan! De verhuur van Noord Myrtle Beach is onlangs bijgewerkt. De drie slaapkamers zijn voorzien van vloerbedekking en de rest van het appartement heeft houtnerf tegels. De slaapkamer is ingericht met een kingsize bed, televisie, master bad en balkon aan de oceaan. De 2e slaapkamer heeft 2 tweepersoonsbedden, televisie en eigen badkamer. De 3e slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en televisie. De 3e badkamer is te betreden vanuit de gang.

De comfortabele en mooi ingerichte woon- en eetkamer komt uit op het balkon aan de oceaan. Er is een complete keuken (met een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat) die wordt geleverd met al uw kookbehoeften. Dit appartement is uitgerust met een wasmachine / droger, gratis WiFi, in totaal 4 televisies, een CD-speler, Blu Ray-speler en 2 dvd-spelers. Het uitnodigende zwembad en het dek liggen op slechts een steenworp afstand van de oceaan en voor uw gemak is er een grillzone met picknicktafels beschikbaar.

Crescent Sands is gunstig gelegen in het Crescent Beach gedeelte van Noord Myrtle Beach. Slechts enkele minuten afstand zijn verschillende restaurants, winkels, avontuur en entertainment. Barefoot Landing is absoluut een favoriet van toeristen met het House of Blues, Alabama Theater, LuLu's Cafe, Blueberry Grill, Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery en nog veel meer. Fantastic Property

The condo building is great and the beach is so nice. We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable here. The building has a great location to nearby attractions and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

I have never been to Myrtle Beach and was coming up there to check out the area. I figured I’d go in the busiest time of the year. The condo is clean ..everything there that you need ..convenient and the areas so laid-back and relaxed loved it.

Nice property and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room to stretch out for our group (6 adults). Also, other residents/guests in the building were mostly families so very quiet stay. Would definitely stay here again!

ROOF REPAIR

The condo was perfect, exactly as stated on the web site EXCEPT we were given an 8 paragraph email that stated what was expected of us BUT the management didn't think it was necessary to mention to us that the entire roof was being remove the week we were there. The noise from the jackhammers and machinery beeping constantly, the debris everywhere (on/in the pool, walk ways, cars and driveway, lounge chairs, etc), the lack of parking due to them roping off 1/2 the driveway, and the workers all around. They started at 730 AM - which meant we never were able to sleep in our vacation - and we were on the 4th floor, I cannot imagine the others above us. We were so disappointed!

Three Sisters Vacation

We loved the location of the property, the view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set. The Condo had everything we need for a memorable vacation. The only reason we didn’t give all 5 stars was that the unit needs some maintenance on the bathroom and faucet, several of them drip constantly. We appreciate you vacation home is shared with many of us, and it is hard to maintain with so many of us using it. If I owned this unit I would be concerned with saving water. Thank You for sharing you vacation home with us. We will definitely rent again.

Quiet family oriented neighborhood.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay. Kitchen well stocked. No need to bring reading material as owner provides several books for you to read during your stay. Although unhandy at times, we felt safe with secured key entry only into the building. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the condos in working condition. We witnessed them working all day and into the evening hours. The pool and outside area was cleaned thoroughly each morning.

Wonderful view, spacious balcony

We loved it here. The balcony was very large and the chairs were high enough to see over the railing to get the best view of the ocean. The main lobby was a little tight as well as the kitchen but this did not, in any way take away from us enjoying our stay.

This property was wonderful!! Very clean, great location just steps from the beach, well-stocked kitchen (plates, bowls, utensils, glasses), and a wonderful view from a huge balcony! The pictures on the listing online were accurate. My family and I would most definitely book this property again!

The Crazy Ladies annual beach trip.

Four 60+ ladies on our annual beach trip. So 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are a must. The condo was clean and we had plenty of towels. Every thing we needed was in the condo. Street noise was loud on Sunday and Monday due to the holiday weekend. After that it was quiet. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Place!

Everything was great - location, unit. My only complaint was the wrong WIFI info was given on the packet. May not seem like much but by the time I called the management office was closed. You can't check your email without using data. And with two adults and three kids with devices having WIFI in 2020 is like having electricity. It is a must and really unacceptable that they don't have the correct info. Very simple thing that can cost guests a lot of money in data charges. They did respond the next day with the info, but it should have been correct on the check in info.
