Inside 3 Palms Retreat is a huge open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and Bahama blinds throughout the home. Brand new furnishings boast a coastal theme throughout. Family room features a 65" Roku enabled TV, and conversation pit couch. Play your favorite music on the bluetooth connected receiver. Dining area has plenty of seating for 8. Kitchen is outfitted with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. Walk out the slider from the kitchen into the screened in back porch with a "peek-a-boo" view of the ocean.
All bedrooms have 55" Roku enabled flat screens for your enjoyment. The master suite features a king size bed, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, dual sink vanity and a huge, fully tiled walk-in shower. There is a secondary suite with queen bed, ceiling fan, bathroom with tub and fully tiled surround. The remaining 2 bedrooms feature one with queen bed and one with 2 twin XL beds, ceiling fans, and walk-in closets. The third bath features a fully tiled walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature travertine tile floors / walls and hand held shower heads.
The lower level lanai features a conversation pit seating area with 55" Roku enabled TV, dining table and Weber gas grill. Enjoy the large paver patio and cool off in the pool on a hot summer night.
During your stay you'll have full access to the entire living area of the home and the locked lower storage area in the front of the house. Locked lower level storage is a great place to store your golf clubs or bicycles. Feel free to use the beach chairs, coolers, games, beach toys and umbrella during your stay.
We take cleaning very seriously. Unlike the "hotel" clean that you get from the property management companies, our cleaning crew throughly cleans every room of the house to ensure it meets our standards. Bedspreads and shams are rotated and cleaned after every rental. Your rental includes all linens, bath towels and kitchen towels. Bring your own beach towels and towels for the pool.
If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $350 additional charge per week.
