A private front balcony has a table for alfresco dining, and a rear balcony with four custom-made chairs boasts beautiful views over a freshwater lake.

This condo has beautiful hardwood floors featured in an open living space. Relax and settle in for a movie night on the 56” TV. You can whip up tasty home-cooked meals in the open kitchen, outfitted with classic white cabinetry and beautiful countertops. Make use of the Keurig and enjoy morning coffee at the four-person kitchen bar, or gather at the dining table for four.

The coastal ambience continues in the master bedroom, where a king bed offers lie-in-bed lake views and an en-suite bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination. Replete with bright seaside decor, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, a full-size futon, and a 26” TV. A rustic-chic sliding barn door leads to an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms also have access to the lakefront balcony. Each en-suite can also be accessed from the hallway.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and reserved driveway parking for two vehicles (parked in tandem) are provided. Beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards) and fishing rods are also supplied.

You’re just steps away from the golden shores of Cherry Grove Beach. After a morning on the sand, stroll 20 minutes to cast a line off Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. Spot wildlife at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve, or walk minutes to hit the fairways at the nearby Surf Golf & Beach Club. Additional local shops and popular eateries are a 10-minute stroll away. Attractions such as OD Pavilion Amusement Park and Professor Hacker's Dinosaur Adventure Mini Golf are just a short drive away. You're also a quick drive from the nearby Walmart and Publix.
