Hoofdniveau beschikt over enorme open plattegrond, volledig uitgeruste gastronomische keuken, granieten ontbijttafel en een eethoek met zitplaatsen voor 14.
Grote woonkamer met 50 inch flatscreen en een eigen balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad. Hoofdniveau master met luxe bad en jacuzzi, privéterras. Bovenste niveau omvat tweede master suite met eigen badkamer, inloopkast en een eigen terras. Drie extra slaapkamers, waaronder een grote stapelbedkamer met 2 stapelbedden van Full-over-Full, een mini-koelkast met natte bar en een 40-inch flatscreen-tv.
Lager niveau rec kamer heeft een complete badkamer, 50 inch flatscreen, natte bar en mini-koelkast, eet / speeltafel Franse deuren leiden naar patio, prive zwembad met ligstoelen en picknicktafel en buitendouche. Huisdiervriendelijk!

Great location -short walk to the beach. We had a great stay, we really enjoyed the pool as well. 15 of us stayed here for the week and very spacious house.

Great house

We had an absolute blast with our family here! So much to do around the area and the beach was a 5 minute walk. We loved how spacious the house was and the pool was a definite plus!

Everything was great. The owners are so nice and helpful. If anything was wrong they responded quickly. The house was perfect. Just a little tuff for older people going upstairs but we did it lol. We rented 2 golf carts from Ajax rental they were great. We’re going to do our best to go back asap.. thanks again Terry and Bridget

A must see!!

This is an utterly divine place to stay while visiting Myrtle Beach. It’s far more spacious than we imagined, the pictures don’t do the rental any justice. I will say, be forewarned about the water beetles; us Northerners aren’t used to those! We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family.

Disappointing maintenance on property

The house had clogged drains, filthy vents in all bathrooms, lights that flickered, loose shower and sink fixtures, holes in walls, broken blinds, ripped screen on the patio door. Also we killed many large bugs we hoped were beetles and not cockroaches. Overall, disappointing.

Great place for friends!

We had a friends wedding and we stayed on both sides of the house. It was a quick walk to the beach. Very clean and had everything you could need. We did have an issue with the lock on the door but Bridgette came out and fixed it within the hour. Her response time was great.

Perfect for extended family gathering

Our extended family came from various locations to celebrate Christmas. The property in N. Myrtle Beach was approximately equal traveling distance for all 3 families. That why we chose the location. Looking at the property on Vrbo was why we chose the rental. The rental looked just like the pictures but was more roomier than we imagined which was a pleasant surprise. The host was very responsive whenever we reached out with questions. Also, we liked that the rental was a short walk to the beach.

Annual Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the property; location was great, and the unit was clean. There was plenty of room for our group with privacy for the young and older generations. The only suggestions I would give is to make the wireless username and password a little clearer. The book unit did not list the correct username and password. We needed to contact the owner.

Family beach week

Great location for our family meet up. We had all ages. It was an easy walk to the beach. The many stairs were a little challenging for the oldest and youngest. Overall it was an excellent choice. We paid for linen services and had plenty of towels and clean sheets. The private pool was nice during the hottest part of the day because it is mostly shaded with a breeze. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed (with the exception of a sharp knife). Lots of space for the teens to get away from adults. I would be happy to visit again!

Great for family getaway

The property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it Justice the kitchen is amazing! Enough space for everyone to be comfortable and really self explanatory for check in and check out. The linen service was great there was enough towels and wash cloths for everyone during our stay. Only negative was a few of the outside amenities were not together during our stay. We couldn’t use any of the grills cause they were not clean. The pool was not clean when we arrived and we had to scoop out the leaves in order to enjoy it. It did get clean by the 3rd day of our stay. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect for large family vacation

We had 13 people including a baby, kids, teens and adults and the house was perfect. Very spacious, we loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms, plus the extra living room downstairs. Location was awesome, only 2 blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was a little cold but the kids/teens didn’t care and swam a lot. We used the grill a couple times and the kitchen a lot and everything worked well/as expected. Host was very responsive to minor issues and resolved them very quickly. Our only complaint was the bugs, we saw many bugs inside, which is somewhat expected when you’re at the beach but was more than we’d experienced staying in other properties in the Myrtle Beach area. Thankfully we had several brave bug killers in our group. Overall we loved the property and how clean and spacious it was, and the location was amazing. We would consider renting again!

Non-Working Fridge

The biggest issue we had with this stay was that the main fridge in the kitchen did not work. I contacted the owners, he came, noticed it was not staying up to temp, he bought us an extra cooler and 2 bags of ice and told us to use that along with the fridge in the lower level. The next day it was still not working, I reached out again and he showed up. He checked the temp and it was reading above 50 degrees. His solution for us was to utilize the lower level fridge and cooler. Tell me why we should have to walk down a flight of stairs all the way into another room while cooking for dinners and lunches? That was it. He didn’t reach out the rest of the time. We had to constantly buy ice for coolers to keep our food and drinks cold for 12 people and go to the lower level constantly. I reached back out after we got home and let them know our concerns because we also had some of our food go bad. We asked for some compensation back for this issue. We also let them know at this time that the house was very unclean. It “looked” clean but upon arrival counters/floors were very dirty, mold on 3rd floor shower curtain in the main bedroom, etc. The owner then failed to acknowledge the issues and the main issue of the fridge not being to temp. He also said during his visit that other people who have stayed in this house have had the same issues with the fridge. Obviously a new fridge is needed. Absolutely ridiculous. These people need to be held accountable.

Great vacation house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was HUGE! It was clean, well furnished, and had great amenities. We loved all the extra seating. We also Loved the beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. The only con was the house temperature. Keeping the thermostat at 74 was too warm for most of us, as we keep our houses very cold at home. If you like a cooler house, bring some extra fans. Room darkening curtains may help with afternoon heating. We would definitely stay here again! The host was great to work with and responded quickly.
