Prachtige bouw oceaanzicht huis net voltooid in 2014. Het strandhuis van 3600 vierkante meter is de perfecte plek voor familiebijeenkomsten of groepen. U zult alle benodigdheden en meer hebben om uw gezinsvakantie perfect te maken. Dit wordt je thuis weg van huis op 100 meter van het strand, op minder dan 2 minuten lopen met kinderen!

KEUKEN EN SPELRUIMTE: De keuken is de droom van een kok met een ongelooflijke overvloed aan aangepaste kasten aangevuld met granieten werkbladen. Er is genoeg kookgerei, borden en keukengerei voor een gezin van 16 personen om elke gewenste maaltijd te bereiden. De speelkamer op de tweede verdieping heeft een extra grote airhockeytafel en een houten tafelvoetbalspel om de kinderen te vermaken, er is ook een natte bar en 55'-tv voor het geval sommige volwassenen op de tweede verdieping willen zijn.

PORCH: Nieuw in 2015, hebben we een rieten bank, stoel en een chaise longue toegevoegd om je boek te lezen of je koffie te drinken terwijl je de golven ziet rollen.

GLOEDNIEUW ZOUTWATER ZWEMBAD EN SPA: Het zoutwaterzwembad voelt glad en zijdeachtig aan, net als regenwater en is zacht voor uw ogen en huid. We hebben een verwarming voor het zwembad voor de vroege lente en late herfst. De spa bereikt het hele jaar door meer dan 100 graden. Het 12x28-zwembad heeft een platte bodem, zodat de kinderen over de hele lengte kunnen genieten! Er zijn voldoende ligstoelen om te ontspannen in de zon of in de schaduw en comfortabele duurzame tafels om te genieten van uw snack en maaltijden op die leuke zomerdagen.

GRILL en OUTDOOR DOUCHE: Er is een nieuwe grote grillige grill die aan al uw buitengrillbehoeften tegemoet komt, deze bevindt zich op een speciaal terras om meer ruimte voor games en loungen mogelijk te maken. De buitendouche bevindt zich in een afgelegen betegeld terras om die middag te spoelen.

The property is all of that plus more the pictures does no justice.. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. The host was very informative and polite. It had so many amenities that we couldnt do everything. This property is great for large groups because its very spacious. We most definitely will book again 10 out of 10

Everything about this property was amazing! Beautiful home. Extremely clean, Across the street from the beach with great ocean views from the upstairs living room and balcony! Scott the property manager was awesome and even activated the hot tub for us before we got to the property after a 15 hr drive and playing in a tournament. We cant wait to book this property again next year!

This was a very beautiful and spacious place! James was at the house when we arrived and was most helpful!!! He helped us with our baggage and walked us through everything- making sure we were well unformed about the facility! Never had a property manager done this before!!! The kitchen was well stocked- had more than what we needed or expected! My family had a glorious time and recommends this place highly!!!

Of all houses I've ever rented (there have been many) this is my favorite. It was super nice having the elevator for my brother whom is wheelchair bound. Home has plenty of amenities and entertaining things to do including many televisions (many of them large) along with video game consoles etc. kids had a great time as well as we. Thanks so much to the owners and their caretaker Scott. Very accommodating and proficient people

Excellent for our family!

This was our annual trip to the beach and we had four couples and nine children ages nine through 17. The children are very active and the house was perfect for us. We fully utilized the ping-pong table, corn hole, volleyball in the pool, foosball, poker table, hot tub, putting green, air hockey, and beach. It is a very easy walk to the beach. We especially liked the activity area by the pool under the first floor. It is covered and in the shade and during the heat of the day and rain we were able to still enjoy the pool, corn hole and ping-pong. The house is well supplied and well maintained. We would definitely go back.

Family Getaway

This property met the needs of our whole group! (Age range: 20-84) The location allowed for short & easy walks to the beach and ice cream shop. It was conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The elevator allowed Grandma & Grandpa to spend as much time as they wanted with the rest of us at the pool! There was plenty to do outdoors near the pool- putting greens, ping-pong, TV, corn hole, grilling. It was a great hangout during the days. The spacious third floor was perfect for our large group - plenty of seating & space for meals, cards, and game-playing. Besides the elevator, a few other items that were extremely beneficial to us were the beach wagon, the fully functional kitchen, the second refrigerator, and all of the private bathrooms. We were also grateful for the support the Property Manager,Scott, gave us throughout our stay.

Family vacation beach house

The house was beautiful and great location even a block off the ocean, we still had a view of the ocean. Scott was the house manager and gave us an excellent tour of the house and showed how to work everything. The pool area was awesome and a great place to hang out with family. There was everything you could think of available from home owner. It had everything for a day on the beach to every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. Awesome house and great people to deal with. We will return in the future.

Great family place!

We had such a great stay! Our first family vacation! Awesome house with plenty of sleeping space! Comfy beds, huge kitchen with literally everything you could need from cooking spices to a waffle maker and coffee bar. Awesome pool with all the floaties and toys you could need! There is cornhole, air hockey, a putting green and alllll the sand toys, beach chairs plus a cart to haul it all down for the day! The elevator was a great bonus for hauling luggage up and down. The beach is a 3 min walk. Quiet neighborhood. We didn’t have a lot of traffic. Clean beach and it wasn’t crowded at all. Property manager was very informative and was available right away with anything we needed or had questions about. There was enough to do at the house to keep the kids entertained there plus the beach is such a short walk away and the Myrtle beach strip is a short drive. There’s a convenience mart, ice cream shop, Irish pub, and a souvenir beach shop a short walk away. It was a perfect getaway and would highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Everything you need and more!

Our family of 5 stayed with our friends, family of 6. There was plenty enough room. The beds were comfortable and lots to do. Minutes to the beach and a great view! The pool and hot tub were amazing, so when it was blustery at the beach, the backyard was a fantastic place to hang out. Scott was very helpful and was there anytime we needed anything. Next time we come back to Myrtle beach, we’ll definitely be staying here!

Absolute Delight

What an absolutely perfect vacation home! The house was super convenient to the beach with easy and safe walking access. The house and amenities were excellent. Plenty of bedding and towels, the heated pool and hot tub were especially great for our group. The kids played ping pong and enjoyed the big tvs as we well. We sat on the porches in the morning, during the day and into the evening. Very calm and comfy. The backyard had plenty of privacy and the downstairs kitchen was beautiful. The elevator would have been a helpful addition if needed but our group just used the stairs-nothing wrong with it, we just didn’t need it. The host was communicative and gave helpful info thoroughout our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked-even had an air fryer which was another big hit. Plenty of room for all. We were super pleased with our stay and would highly recommend other groups and families to stay here!

Nice property, uncomfortable stay

The house was as advertised, beautiful home with great amenities in close proximity to the beach. The stay was nice for my friends and I, but during our 5 day stay we all felt constantly monitored by our property manager and neighbors. We were also accused twice of irresponsible behaviors that turned out to be a group staying elsewhere. We did appreciate Scott’s willingness to help get acquainted with the space and his rapid response times. In all, this property would be great for a weekend but I could not recommend it for a weeks stay as it was uncomfortable feeling constantly monitored.

Awesome Place!

We loved this house! It was close to everything! Irish Pub right down the street, Several stores within walking distance. The beach is just a short walk away, much easier than trying to find parking. Great views from the porch! Heated pool and hot tub were wonderful! Easy communication with the property manager was greatly appreciated. He sent weather report for the week on the day before our arrival and gave us a full tour of the house and all of its amenities. The house has everything you could possibly need. Great place, we will be checking it first for our reservations in the future.

Great Family House!

Myself and my in laws (group of 12) stayed at the house for 4 days and we loved it! Super quick 3 minute walk to the beach, we spent everyday at the beach. We hardly left the house because we also spent most of the days at the beautiful pool on the property! We very much enjoyed the entertainment space near the pool. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working so the kids would swim in it and called it the cool tub. Wish it was working for night, but didn’t impact our trip, had a fabulous time. Would recommend getting more towels for both the showers and pool. There were 12 of us and only 10 bath towels. There was no swim towels but the property manager did buy 6 new ones and dropped them off! The property manager was very nice, very communicative and helped out anytime we needed it. The other suggestion would be to add dressers in every room. Not much space to store clothing, we just ended up leaving our suitcases on the floor. The elevator was an amazing touch, worked well having a 1 year old and with luggage. We loved everything about the house, the location and would come back!
