- No Smoking & No Pets: This is a strictly non-smoking property, and pets are absolutely not allowed.
- No House Parties or Chaperoned Groups: House parties are strictly prohibited. We do not allow chaperoned student groups or student rentals—no exceptions.
- Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. If booking as a group, all guests must be 25 or older.
- Maximum Occupancy: This rental sleeps up to 6 guests. Rollaway beds and cribs are not allowed. Guests with infants may bring a pack-and-play.
- Parking: Due to limited space, only 2 vehicles may be parked at the property. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed.
- Fireworks & Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks is illegal within city limits and strictly prohibited on the property. Laser pointers are now illegal and may not be used.
- Meticulous Cleaning: This condo is cleaned by the owner's personal housekeeper, who cleans only this unit per day to ensure exceptional cleanliness for your arrival.
