Welcome to Anchor House! Bring your whole crew to this fun beach house in the popular Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This house is in a PRIME location, not only is the beach steps away but Barefoot Landing, ten golf courses, Starbucks, House of Blues, mini golf, restaurants, outlets, food stores, a winery are a short drive away. This property has a large, salt-water pool and backyard area for everyone to hang out. This spacious house has two separate units complete with two kitchens, two living and dining areas, perfect for vacationing with a large group. Six of the eight bedrooms have large King beds. Dogs are allowed and need to be disclosed prior to booking. There is an $85 pet fee per dog with a maximum of four dogs allowed. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN POOL or pool area. A pool cleaning fee of $250 will apply if any dogs are found in the pool.
Towels and Linens are included in the cleaning fee. Starter packs of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags provided.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS/UNREGISTERED OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS ALLOWED ON PREMISES INCLUDING POOL/BACKYARD AREA-Primary booking guest must be 25 and present during the entire reservation. Primary guest must provide final guest headcount prior to arrival.

In the back of the house there is a separate one-bedroom unit with its own driveway and private entrance. This unit is a short term rental and does not have access to the parking areas, pool or backyard areas. This unit (Anchors Away) can be added on to Anchor House in addition to this listing (if available), or it may be rented to other guests during your stay. Ask us for pictures of this great private unit.

There are three security cameras on the exterior of the property. One on the front right which covers the front parking area, one on the front left, that covers the side parking area, and one above the door of the back unit that covers the back driveway. They may be recording and saving still images at any time. You may see landscapers, pool cleaners or maintenance team members onsite during your stay.
The grill is provided as a courtesy and we cannot guarantee its functionality. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill. The pool is cleaned once a week during non peak and twice a week during peak season. Guests are responsible for skimming debris out of the pool in between cleanings. Guests can request an additional cleaning at guest's cost if possible.
