    711 Mar Vista Grande, the premier resort in North Myrtle Beach, is surrounded by all the activities your family and friends could want to make a perfect beach getaway. The space is ideal for those who love the sounds of the ocean waves and wish to be within a close proximity to all kinds of activities; ditch the alarm clock and enjoy generous floor plan offering a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath, direct oceanfront condo that will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.
    Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy.

    Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on the property.

    Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age.

    Code to the parking garage and building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Parking in the garage is limited to the 2nd through 4th level. Only high top vehicles that cannot make it up the ramp to the 2nd level are permitted on the ground level. Anyone parking on ground level not in a high top vehicle is subject to be fined and/or towed by the HOA.

    Pets are not permitted.

Family getaway in Myrtle beach

This was a great location and an absolutely beautiful place. It was exactly as described, the view of the beach was great. The check in was so smooth and uncomplicated! The best place we have stayed yet!

Mar Vista was wonderful, clean and beautiful! Our family enjoyed our stay/vacay so much and want to return next year. Maryann and Ric were responsive to my inquiries and were so helpful! Highly recommend this beach condo to anyone looking for a vacation in Myrtle Beach!

Great location and views

Pools and cabana bar are a nice touch to top off the amazing views….would come back to stay in a heartbeat. 3 full bathrooms really helped as well. Thanks for sharing your property with our family!

This condo is in good location. Very comfortable and accommodating. Large balcony and plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean breezes. Nice pools, hot tub and lazy river. This was our second stay and would stay again.

Loved our Stay at Almost Heaven

The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated with a beach theme. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had ample dishes and utensils. The location was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the pool area and the ocean. We will definitely be back.
