  • 6 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers prive strandhuis ligt op 1 blok van de oceaan. Dit huis heeft een eigen zwembad en bubbelbad met veel buiten zitplaatsen. Maximaal 17 personen. met 2k, 4Q, 1F, 1T en 1 volledige slaapbank. * STUDENTEN, HUISDIEREN, MOTORFIETSEN, BOTEN & GROEPEN WELKOM !!

    Dit strandhuis slaapt 17 en het heeft iets voor elk lid van uw vakantiegroep. Neem een duik in het PRIVÉ buitenzwembad en bubbelbad. Dit huis is net opnieuw ingericht in mei 2015 en heeft flatscreen-tv's, dvd-spelers, gratis WiFi, wasmachine en droger in de unit, 3 buitendouches (met warm en koud water).

    Een volledig uitgeruste keuken, inclusief koelkast, gasfornuis, magnetron, vaatwasser en alles wat u nodig heeft om een maaltijd te bereiden en een buitenbarbecueplaats die ieders honger zal stillen na een lange dag op het strand of bij het zwembad. Als je geen zin hebt om te koken, is dat geen probleem. Dit huis ligt op loopafstand van Plantation Pancake House, Irish Bar & Grill van Molly Darcy en Mr. G's Grill & Ice Cream Shop. Zin in een rondje minigolf? Maak een korte wandeling naar de Lost Treasure Golf van professor Hacker, maak een treinrit naar de top van de berg en golf je een weg naar beneden door de goudmijnen en teerputten.

Overall, the place was fine, but the floors were filthy on the day of arrival and the refrigerator's ice and water dispenser only worked intermittently. Tech was called and couldn't find anything wrong but it continued all week. The realtors office was extremely helpful in trying to solve problems for these things, and when the pool water turned green she sent someone over right away. Our grandchildren did have an amazing time and except for the few minor things we enjoyed our vacation.

Pros: Location was great and bedrooms were accurate to the listing. The outdoor showers were new and clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool was a good size and there was plenty of outdoor seating. It was nice that there was a washer/dryer. Communication was reliable. Cons: Living space was small and kitchen equipment (bowls/utensils/ect) were lacking. Bottom of the pool and hot tub were dirty the entire time we were there. We skimmed the pool and made due, but the hot tub had orange scum that continued to show up, even after wiping away. There were red ants surrounding the backyard living area. One bathroom had very small sink/shower and no storage. Another bathroom had a clogged sink.

The house provided everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Small view of ocean from front decks. Quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard was a hit with our dogs! Ample room for us to spread out. I ended up working remotely a few days and the upper floor provided good separation from family to allow privacy. The rental company was accommodating when I needed to extend our stay due to weather. They also communicated well letting us know some maintenance would be coming to the house to “winter proof” the exterior water so we wouldn’t be surprised. Overall great trip and would certainly stay again. Home had great access to shopping and dining.

Easy walking distance to the beach. Nice simple layout, plenty of space. The only complain that we had was the hot tub wasn’t very clean.

The location, yard, hot tub and pool were perfect for our April vacation group that included 11 people and three dogs. We enjoyed eating meals at the picnic tables and grilling in the back yard. While the common indoor area is small, it worked for us -- the table in the living room that seated 6 was a great spot for games. It was nice that every bedroom had a functioning TV given the living room furniture other that the table only seated a max of 5. A good enhancement would be to have a mirror in every bedroom - this would help free up the three bathrooms for a big group. Some challenges this time if year were that the large maple trees shedded lots of debris into the pool. We spent a lot of time cleaning it to be able to use it -- but it was worth it. We swam every day. The place was clean except that there were dirty plates mixed in with clean ones, and a towel rack in a bathroom was pulled off the wall and on the floor with plaster and paint chips when we arrived. Other than these items, the beds, floors, yard we clean and comfortable.

Fall Break Getaway

Great location for the beach and activities. The yard was perfect for our dogs. The house had ample room for us and we enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing that would have made it better (other than warmer weather) would be a less challenging indoor staircase and a heated pool.

Great location and super pet friendly!

This property was perfect for us! The location was prime with only a short walk to the beach. The fenced in yard was secure and great for the dogs to be able to run off leash. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool!
