Ocean Calling is a 2nd row luxury beach house that sleeps 18 and is located in the desirable Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach, SC. This clean and tastefully decorated private home is directly across the street from the beach AND has a private pool, hot tub, and outdoor TV for you to enjoy as well. The pool can be heated March thru October for the week at an additional flat fee of $350.
A spacious floor plan on the main floor with a large living room, a huge kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and additional dining space on the lower of the 2 ocean-side balconies, you will find plenty of room for everyone in your group. There are 3 master bedrooms, each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each and the top floor has 2 sets of bunk beds. The game room on the top floor has a new 8' pool table. Also on the top floor is a sitting area with a large TV and sectional couch for you to unwind and enjoy a movie night. All bedrooms have large flat screen smart TVs and the house has high speed internet and WiFi capable of supporting all your devices. The kitchen has a wet bar with wine fridge and is well equipped with all new LG appliances, a coffee maker, Keurig, crockpot, blender, toaster, tons of counter space, and sufficient cookware for preparing meals for a crowd. The ground floor has an outdoor private shower, conversation set, outdoor TV, large propane grill, 8' picnic table, and plenty of parking for 5 vehicles. You will enjoy the backyard oasis with its private pool, hot tub, and poolside furniture.
