INTERACTION WITH HOST
We give our guests space to enjoy their vacation privately. While we will not be on-site, we are readily available and responsive through the booking platform messenger should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

Located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, our condo is just moments away from the area`s top attractions, shopping, and dining. Whether you`re looking for family fun, a romantic dinner, or great shopping, you`ll find it all just a short drive away.

GETTING AROUND
Complimentary on-site parking is available for your convenience in the resort`s parking deck, which is monitored by 24/7 security. Please be aware of the following vehicle height restrictions:
- Regular Parking Clearance: 6 feet 6 inches
- Lower Level Garage Clearance: 7 feet 6 inches
- Oversized vehicles may find parking to the left of the resort entrance.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please take note of these additional details for a smooth stay:
* Resort Wristbands: Required for access to pools and amenities. Please wear them at all times on the property.
* Resort Amenity Restrictions: Access to the Fitness Center, Arcade, and on-site Dining Areas is reserved for property owners only and is not included with this rental.
* Beach Rentals: Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included but can be rented seasonally directly from the on-duty lifeguards on the beach.
* Housekeeping: The condo is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee for extended stays.
* Safety: Equipped with smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for your peace of mind.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
* Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

Note: We provide 2 reusable kitchen towels and do not provide paper towels.

OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), the resorts throughout the region may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
