Family Vaca

Area was OK. Other than the pier there was nothing in close walking distance to eat. Beach was fine, and walk was pretty easy. The area around the Condo seemed dirty and there were much nicer area's south of where we were.

Great location, convenient to beach, overall very clean, and overall great condo. Two complaints (1) all bed mattressss were terrible all need replaced very uncomfortable and (2) the ones that stayed above us was very loud all hours of the night.

Great Place

Great space. We had a great time. The only issue we had was the local bars are not friendly to out of town guests. Meet with a lot of nasty comments from multiple locations.

Cherry Grove

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this condo. The property manager was very responsive when we had several issues come up and noted things that were deficiencies so that we would not get charged for them. Prior renters have been a little hard on this property as far as furniture and appliances and such goes… none of it was glaring or a big turn off but we’re noticeable. Parking for us was the only dilemma… Three spaces in the garage under the units is awesome but the overflow parking which only had seven spots was never available. We ran into an issue with a fourth car so we had to continuously pay for parking. Other than that we had a wonderful time at the beach and in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Great spot in Cherry Grove.

Property was clean. Looked like the photos. Pool wasn’t ready due to season but note across the street welcomes us. Management was really good here.

Things that didn’t work.

The TV’s in all rooms except 2 did not work. The shower in bedroom with jacuzzi tub only had scalding hot water. Could not use it!!! The ceiling over fridge is peeling, the screen on sliding door in room with jacuzzi tub has been torn for a long time, the coaches in living room is very low to sit in, and lastly the guest above us constantly made loud noises up to 3 in the morning (horrible). The baseboards are not to clean and we found live roaches in 1st bedroom to the right as you come in. We were disappointed 😔

Vow renewal

We had 13 people for our 30 years anniversary vow renewal. Perfect location, enough bedrooms and bathrooms to meet our needs. Easy check in and out. Be aware of towing...one of our family members went walking before we got our parking passes and they towed his car...$180 to get it back. Mattresses not great but overall experience good

Good location, but beware!

Where should I start? Upon entry, it was very obvious that this villa was not adequately cleaned. For example, the first thing we noticed was hair and sand sand all over the floors. Within minutes, my toddler found a half eaten ring pop by the couch and had it in his mouth before we could stop him. The furniture in the livingroom was dirty and in need of a deep clean. Above all, we were mostly disappointed by the excessive noise above us that went into the early hours in the morning. The walls/ceiling are SO thin that you can hear everything from the villas around you. It sounded like a game of football was happening above us making it impossible to sleep. We contacted management who responded the next morning saying they would speak to the guests above us. Our second night was just as loud. Would we stay here again? NO! However, if you are looking for a big space for multiple families that is VERY close to the beach, but don't care about cleanliness or noise, this might be a good place for you!

Great location and clean!

The location was very convenient and near the beach with just a short walk across the street. It was clean and fit our large group. We were staying there with another family and our group of 11 fit and had plenty of space to spread out.

Cherry Grove Vacation

I found the unit to be nicely decorated, kitchen had plenty of dishes and cutlery, pots and pans. Elevator was clean and the property in general was well cared for. It was my first time staying second row, it was bearable but I'm definitely an Oceanfront Gal. Overall a great place to spend time with the family.

The property was as advertised and pictured. John provided prompt assistance with the few minimal issues that arose. The beach was beautiful and close by and the pier was as close and fun to visit We thoroughly enjoyed staying there for our annual family beach vacation.

AMAZING

There are not enough wonderful things I can say about this property. The owner was prompt in responses, condo was beautiful. Plenty of space for our crew. Look no further for your vacation... this place was convenient to everything, location was perfect & the pier was a definite plus! The property manager John was awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed & recommended numerous wonderful restaurants for us to dine at. We would love to stay @ this condo again.
