Beach Club III ligt in het gezinsvriendelijke Windy Hill-gedeelte van Noord-Myrtle Beach, waar u kunt genieten van alle heerlijke winkels, eten en activiteiten die het strand te bieden heeft. Very nice condo - it is maintained well, and was a great place to spend time. Balcony was large, and enjoyable. Great location with convenient access to the beach. We did return to the unit one day to unexpectedly find maintenance staff in the condo - they were polite and left immediately upon request. We did also receive a follow-up apology from the property management company.

Its all about the view, which is fantastic!! Great location, very quiet & well appointed kitchen. Pool was clean, not over chlorinated. Great selection of games available in a cabinet. Only complaint was the patio sliding door, it is VERY hard to open & close. Will definitely consider staying here again!!!

The condo was beautiful, clean and fresh.We enjoyed our beach time but could have used some balcony time in the evening.The sliding door wasn’t operable. Everything was like we remembered from our Troxell vacations years ago.. it was nice to be back.

Good stay overall but mixed experience

Overall this was a nice property and a good stay, but our experience was just OK due to several minor concerns that added up.The positives:- Condo looked like the pictures and was as advertised- Generally clean- Easy access to clean and uncrowded beach- Easy access to umbrella/chair rentals- Great view of the ocean from the balcony- Easy to pick up keys and check inHowever....- The main parking under the building was undergoing maintenance, so we had to park across the street in a different garage. Not super inconvenient, but a little stressful because our car with the roof rack could only fit on the ground floor, so we had to hope there was an open space.- The elevators smelled a little funky- The building ran the alarm one day throughout the day- The main door to the condo works, but needs a paint refresh- The condo didn't come with basic needs: hand soap for bathrooms/kitchen; dishwasher soap; extra toilet paper, extra paper towels- The bath towels were thin and cheap- The dining table chair seats had spots on them- The door to the balcony had a broken handle/latch - they repaired it quickly, but the door itself was really hard to open- The ceiling fan in the master bedroom had a faulty chain for adjusting the speed, so it only ran at low speed, making it kind of hot at night. We called for 3 straight days before someone came to fix it.- The mattresses were fairly uncomfortable - too bouncy and kind of thin- The bed comforter was also thin

Stunning Beach Front Rental

We rented this condo with our family over Thanksgiving break. It has a stunning ocean view & comfortably accomodated all of us! The lighting, open spacing & beach decor really gave us that beachy vacation vibe we needed! We look forward to renting again to reunite family in the future in this cozy beach condo!

Break from the work life!

Loved being on the top floor. Loved the balcony, it was at least 2-3 times bigger than most of the balconies i have been on. We are in the medical field and this made an excellent break. Would definitely recommend.

Nice space….needs cleaning

The location was great- close to the beach! The view was great! There was plenty of room for 5 adults. However, the entire condo does need a good deep clean. The levered doors for utility closet were caked with dust. The curtains were stained or dirty at the bottom. The carpet looked dirty and is frayed near the sliding glass door. The kitchen was well stocked but the majority of the skillets need to be replaced. We found one that was decent and used it all week. These things didn’t really make our stay unpleasant but thought others should know before booking.

Nice location, but the property required updates

The location is excellent, just on the beach and close to all attractions, but the carpet and laminate floor need repair or replacement. I want to be aware that the unit has no beach towels and limited linens and towels. Property management was very responsive, I called about some issues, and a tech person came in in just a few minutes and solve a problem

Fine but better units in building

Needs updated. It was clean, but very worn and tired. It met our needs, but there are better units in the property that I would choose first. I also do not want to stay above 8D again. It is under a different management company (Elliot) and they are not required to follow property rules. This condo is no smoking including balconies but the 8D renters smoked almost constantly. Our "family room" area reeked of cigarettes anytime we tried to enjoy the balcony or beautiful May weather. Elliot did not care about the smoking. Would not recommend this unit.

The view was beautiful. The location was perfect. Condo was OK. Thankful we were able to book when our original condo fell through. The condo needs some major updates and would not have been our first choice. Carpet was worn. Dirty, moldy, dust accumulated in corners and on the ceiling. Cooking utensils could be replaced. Pillows were flat and worn. Wouldn’t pay that price for the accommodations in this shape normally. I would definitely pursue this building, location, property in the future. Just not this particular unit until updated and cleaned. I would suggest coming down on the price or repairing/ replacing pillows, carpet, utensils etc and giving it a thorough deep cleaning. Overall the location and view deserves 5 stars. The condition of the unit gets 3 stars.

Loved It!

We loved this property! We watched the ocean from the couch and master bedroom! Great location! One downside for one of our guest was that she had to go completely off the property to smoke. The rest of us don’t smoke and wasn’t affected by that rule. The carpet and linoleum definitely show some wear but understandable for being beachfront property. I could have stayed another month or two! 😁
