  • We zijn blij om een ​​3 slaapkamer 1 badkamer duplex, gelegen in Noord Myrtle Beach, aan te bieden aan de vakantie waar je van gedroomd hebt. Het is het perfecte vakantiehuis voor uw familie en uw budget! Dit huis is geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen. Plus, het is gunstig gelegen op een steenworp afstand van het strand.

    Dit huis beschikt ook over een groot ingegraven privézwembad in de achtertuin voor uw plezier. Na een dag plezier op het strand, kom 'thuis' waar je comfortabele meubels vindt, een complete keuken, veel ruimte om te ontspannen en te spelen - zowel binnen als buiten. Voor de grillende goeroes is er een barbecue in de achtertuin zodat je kunt pronken met je vaardigheden. This property was in a great location (even better than expected). Its proximity to the beach and local attractions/amenities is understated in the advertisement. The pool is a fantastic bonus and the fenced yard added to our ability to spend time together as a large group. The opportunity to rent two adjoining units with shared outdoor spaces was perfect for our group vacation. The host was extremely responsive and flexible. I definitely would consider renting again in the future.

We stayed here for four nights with a group of 12 and it was the perfect place for us. The layout of the house worked out great since it’s split into two units - having two kitchens and living areas gave us plenty of space to spread out while still being able to hang out together.The house was clean, colorful, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and having multiple bathrooms made getting ready easy for everyone. The backyard and pool area were a highlight for us. We spent a lot of time out there relaxing, especially in the evenings. The location was also great - a super short walk to the beach and really close to tons of restaurants and places like Barefoot Landing.Overall it was a great spot for a group trip and we’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Great location! Love the fact that the property is just a short walk to the ocean and has a private pool in the back! There is enough space for a large family and and it is located near local shopping centers (Tanger Outlets and Walmart) and has plenty of restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a rental for you and your family without being too far from entertainment and the ocean, this is definitely the spot to book!

Best experience

This location was awesome and very spacious. We was excited to be so close to the beach. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I can’t wait to book again to take advantage of the pool and comfortable lounging area. This place felt like home away from home. I’d highly recommend and we will be back very soon. Such a great location.

Family Vacation! Perfect location!

The location of this property is PERFECT! Close to everything! Just a very easy and short walk to the beach! The private pool was also so perfect! We checked in and I was disappointed at one side of the property, it was in rough shape, but I contacted the owner, and he was very responsive and addressed my concerns right away! Which leads me to give it 5 stars. You can tell that the owner truly wants you to enjoy your vacation and I very much appreciated that!

Arrived on Monday, check in was relatively easy. Once inside the rental, we noticed both sides were very dirty (the bottom of everyone's feet were black by the time we got settled in), the kitchen counters were gross, plates, silverware and cooking utensils were greasy, food stuck on,etc. Glasses and plates were chipped/cracked, the pool (despite being cleaned Saturday) was gross, backyard had tons of bottle caps all over. I get it, it's a rental but for the you'd expect it to be cleaned somewhat. He offered to have the inside recleaned but I had already cleaned it, I couldn't stand it. The oven in unit 1 barely worked, outlets were hanging out of the walls/uncovered (we had small children with us), my daughter stepped on a rusty metal object in the back yard and then to top it off, midway thru our vacation the city came and shut off the water for non payment (husband confirmed with the guy that the city is out there often). This was MY experience, do with it what you'd like but we left half way thru, I got so frustrated with all the crap wrong.

Vacation with Family

The location of the property was perfect. The house was not that great. Several things didn't work (hot water heater, oven didn't work, fridge had no handle on it, lights didn't work in the kitchen and in one of the units the dryer vent was not routed outside but inside the house. The owner is a very nice man and very responsive. I just wish the condition of the house was much better than it was.

We had a great time everything you needed was supplied from kitchen items towels plenty of blankets and pool!!! I wish the bed in the master was more comfy but other than that and the previous people must have taken the cord for the roku in that room too because we couldn't watch TV everything else was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and bigger than I thought. Great place!

The house was clean and spacious. The only thing that couldve made the place a little better was a shower for coming from the ocean or even a hose pipe. Other than that the place was great. I would reccomend and stay again. Joshua was great and very helpful.

The location was great. The area was quiet. The house was sufficient, but there were a few issues with plumbing (the hot water in kitchen sink did not work. the hall bathroom toilet did not always flush completely.) It was great to have laundry facilities. Communication for check-in was difficult without a smart phone to download the app. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

DISAPPOINTED

The owner was informed of issues upon arrival, but chose not to correct them. There was no hot or even warm water coming out of the kitchen faucet because it wasn't functioning, neither was the disposal. Every time we washed dishes, the sink would back up, not to mention I had to boil water first to be able to properly clean the dishes. I have never stayed at a rental that didn't include cable, yet this one did not. Just ultimately disappointed with with the whole scenario...

Awesome property. Close to beach and many attractions. Look forward to staying again.

Property was perfect for our party of 5. Pool was great. The house was very spacious and the bedrooms good sized. The owner Josh provided pretty much everything. Thank you Josh. The only downfall that couldn't be helped was the many days of rain which didn't allow for much swimming or outdoor activities. We had a very special needs child with us (epilepsy, autistic, ADHD) that caused some issues amongst us but we made due. All in all a wonderful vacation. I look forward to renting there again without him.
