'We enjoyed our stay, but not sure we will return. For the 5 star price tag, they need to update stuff. The outdated and undersized 70’s style uncomfortable furniture needs to go and the place just looks old. '

'It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either . 'This place was a dream! The minute you park you can feel how luxurious it’s going to be. The decor and building are beautiful. You can tell how much work went into this building. The staff was amazing. You are greeted so kindly when you walk in, get a tour of the facility, and then shown to your room. The moment you walk into your room you see the spectacular view. Everything down to the lotion and shampoo is luxury. We loved the coffee machine so much we are buying one just like it. This place...
