'Everything was great about the place, except that the upstairs guest made a lot of noise particularly at 3-5am and would not let us sleep. I informed the beach drives staff about it but nothing was done. That was a bit disappointing. Otherwise it’s exactly as advertised. '

Everything was clean, and all needs were met. Will stay again. Very close to all attractions in Newport we wanted to visit. '

'Phenomenal stay all around, great clean and extremely well stocked and maintained flat in a perfect area that is incredibly walkable. We were able to park, drop off bags, head out the door and down the stairs walk the beach to a nice chowder place and back. I will definitely be looking up some other properties for a nice summer stay. '

Property management was very communicative, and they sweetly left a balloon and chocolate for our special occasion. A very nice and personal touch! Front desk staff was also very friendly.'
