'Our floors were not mopped or swept before our arrival. We did not have a shower curtain either. Furniture and appliances were old and the rooms desperately need to be renovated. Amenities are obviously excellent and that’s why people stay here. I don’t think we’d stay here again.'

'We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience.'
