Fairmont-accommodaties in North Side

'Rooms were clean. Hotels is in a perfect location. We went to catch a pirates game and the city did not disappoint. Shopping and food all great. The casino being attached to the hotel is very convenient. Great stay'

'When we checked in they were to add the parking on the 2rooms bill and it was applied to the incorrect hotel room and unfortunately we didn’t notice it until we got hone. Spots on the sofa cushions. There was no local map available.'

'This hotel seems to be backsliding. I’ve stayed there for years and always enjoyed. But last few years the consistently wonderful staff is hampered by maintenance issues. One of the three elevators is always down. (Last week, two of the three.) The air conditionjng in lobby was broken so staff set up fans. The rooms are very tidy and spacious but the cookware for kitchens is spotty, often with essential items missing. Stayed in five different rooms this summer. Only two had ice trays. One had...
