'First and foremost, this hotel is gorgeous. It’s less than a five minute walk from your room to the casino floor, which is worlds better than major casino cities like Vegas and AC. The room was clean. I was a little bummed at the lack of a microwave for personal reasons (I have to rinse my sinuses multiple times a day and cold water is not pleasant.) my only complaint was the breakfast. 'First, when we arrived front desk staff said my room wasn't ready. After I stated I called and payed an extra fee for early checkin. Then he said all of sudden a room a room was availabe. We had to pay to park. Even though we were staying overnight. '

'Toilet seat was missing a screw and was loose and hanging. Bed was so old I felt like I was sleeping in a ditch . Tub stopper was broke so when you took a shower tub filled up - had to stick a plastic bottle in there to keep it open. Refrigerator ice maker was broken - NO ICE MAKERS ANYWHERE! Close to PNC is great but WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN ! '
