'Clean and friendly staff'

'The hotel is conveniently located and has free parking, which was a huge plus. The staff were nice enough, we were able to check in early, and the room was mostly ok. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 elevators were broken/being serviced during our stay, so it was a long wait since both guests and cleaning staff/maintenance only had 1 to use during an extremely busy weekend. Our bed’s mattress and pillows, as well as the couch, had visible stains that grossed us out. Our toilet barely flushed - prayer...
