Kaibo Yacht Club # 9C

Het Kaibo Yacht Club complex biedt meer activiteit en drukte dan andere accommodaties op het eiland, waardoor het de perfecte keuze is voor gezellige reizigers die graag lekker eten eten, mengen, een paar drankjes op het strand hebben en op avontuur op het water zetten .

In Kaibo # 9C Phase One met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, wordt u getrakteerd op uitzichten op de rustige, turquoise North Sound vanaf een binnen- en buitenbalkon. Herschuif in een pluche stoel en kijk naar het paradijs dat voor je uitstrekt. Deze begane grond unit zorgt voor gemakkelijke toegang tot het prachtige zwembad en het strand. Wij raden de bioluminescerende kajak tour aan, die uit de Kaibo Yacht Club om de nacht staat. Bekijk het watervonk levend met een glinsterend aquatisch leven!

De volledig ingerichte keuken maakt de kok in de familie blij! Twee slaapkamers bieden een kingsize bed in de master en een queensize bed in de kamer. Er is ook een slaapbank in de woonruimte. U vindt hier alle gemakken van thuis - maar het uitzicht op zee, het zachte zandstrand en de voorzieningen in de uitrusting zullen u eraan herinneren dat u op vakantie bent!

9C Kaibo YC

Condo was very clean and had most everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch and being able to walk right out our door and be on the beach- perfect for watching sunrise with a cup of coffee and relaxing at the end of the day with a glass of wine. The pool and hot tub were nice, but after a day of kids they were murky and not appealing. I would not call the beach out in front of the condo truly swimmable. You need water shoes to get into the water as it’s very rocky here. It also has a lot of grass just past the entrance area and because you are in a marina there are boats coming and going. There is however, a small sandy beach in front of the yacht club - very close. We drove to different beaches throughout our stay. It would have been nice to have some folding outdoor chairs and an umbrella to take with us to other beaches. It was a nice quiet end of the island. Starfish Point - walking distance with a sandy beach but everyone was getting stung by jellyfish- apparently this is an area they tend to be. We did get over to Rum Point they had a nice beach area and you could use their chairs and umbrellas. They also have a very nice outdoor bar and outdoor indoor restaurant and we found the food very good. Because it was spring break time the place became very quickly overcrowded and we chose to try and find other beaches. I think other times of the year probably it would be a little less crowded and more enjoyable. Over all a nice clean and safe complex to stay at.

Kaibo Yacht Club

We enjoyed our stay and were happy we decided on the North Side/ Rum Point neighborhood. The beach in front of the condo isn’t the best, but works for a quick dip. Having Starfish Point and the beach at Rum Point so close was great. Plus it was nice to have the Kaibo Beach Club just next store, though you definitely need a car here. The condo was very nice and we felt safe and comfortable.

Perfect stay

Immaculate place. Had everything needed- toiletries, hair dryer, beach toys. Couple minute walk to coffee shop and dock where we took the stingray and bio tours with white sands water sports. 2 minute drive to starfish point, although we saw more starfish out front of our condo. Don’t pick the starfish up out of the water- they will die!! Chisholm grocery store less than 10 mins down the road and it was open shortened hours on Sunday. Can’t really swim in the water outside the condo but a mile down the road there was a nice little beach at rum point. Would absolutely stay at this place again.

The condo itself was absolutely beautiful. Directly by the pool and a short distance to the restaurant. It was absolutely clean and had everything that we needed. I would absolutely recommend this condo! I will definitely be coming back to this place. The property manager was extremely nice.!

The condo was as expected, clean and convenient location the pool and to go to Kaibo(wood fired pizza on the beach). Short walk to starfish point. One issue in the evening and the manager was there in 10 minutes to take care of it(impressive).

Perfect Oasis

The condo was perfectly situated for relaxation. A pool, hot tub, beach, beautiful waters, Kaibo restaurant and coffee shop all within steps from my back door! We enjoyed beautiful morning sunrises with coffee every morning. The condo was nicely equipped, clean and comfortable for two couples to enjoy. Our host, Judy, even checked on us to ensure we were settled and had all that we needed. Also, we were conveniently located near some restaurants and other attractions as well.

Great stay!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this charming condo. It’s spacious and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The water and pool were steps away, and there were more starfish in the water near the condo than at Starfish Point a close walk away. Great stay, would return! We took the water taxi over to Camana Bay one day and that was fun and an easy way to get to and back from 7 mile beach without a long drive. Definitely need a car but the chill vibe was just what I wanted. Thanks!

Relaxing vacation in paradise

We loved the peacefulness and beauty of Cayman Kai and the north part of the island. The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Located next to the pool and on the ocean and next to Kaibo yacht club we were very relaxed! The only downside is the main grocery store (fosters) is a 45 minute drive away. Make sure when you’re in town and sightseeing that you plan to grocery shop. There was a local grocery store about 15 minutes away but it does not have much. Rum point was closed as they were renovating. We loved starfish point Beach which was walking distance from the condo. Very safe neighborhood! Judy the property manager was very nice and hospitable and the condo was very clean!

Beautiful condo, great location, well equipped with lots of extras! Steps from the beach and pool, and the Kaibo coffee shop, bar, and restaurant were just a 2 minute walk down the beach. My kids are already asking when we can go back!

Great location, perfect size and amentities

We stayed the 2nd part of our week in Cayman at the Kaibo Yacht Club #9 an it was perfect. The location was perfect for our family - have the screened porch overlooking the pool and the beach, and our family could very easily walk over to the Kaibo Yacht club for food, corn hole, ping pong or relax in their hammocks and chairs. The rentals from Sweet Spot were that close too. We had a car so made an easy 2 min drive to Rum Point many days. We also loved exploring the north and east end easily from our condo (Tukka was my favorite stop). Inside the condo, the place was clean, the kitchen was great to have, as was the washer and dryer. The beds were vere comfortable, including the pull-out couch! It was nice to have supplies like laundry detergent, paper towels, hand soaps, etc. available. We would definitely return!

Great stay! Few ticky things that were never resolved

We really had a great stay and the place was all we wanted. However, the in condo safe was unusable and one of the cable sources did not work, allowing for no TV in that room. We were able to get help but it took a little doing (three phone calls) and the issues could not be corrected.

Quiet North Side

Kaibo Yacht Club #9C was a fabulous condo. Great views, 1st floor with direct beach access. The condo was huge for a 2 bed/2 bath. The kitchen had all the comforts of home with appliances, utensils, great shape cookware. Well supplied beach gear , books and games. Discount coupons to local activities and restaurants were a nice treat too. The master suite was very comfortable. The screened in patio facing the pool and ocean was wonderful when we had a few minutes of liquid sunshine. We saw more Starfish at our beach than there were at the public Starfish beach down the road. Counted 40 one morning. We have rented condos in Cayman several times. This was by far, the nicest and most well stocked condo that I have stayed in. The rental arrangements were very streamlined. Having the restaurants right there were handy as we arrived on a Sunday and grocery stores are not open. The on site water taxi was a convenient way to explore Camana Bay. Beach was on the smaller side but plenty of chairs and loungers for sun and shade. Hot tub was nice for the cooler nights and star gazing. Thank you for allowing us to use your beach home.

The condo was very clean, close to Rum Point, the bio bay, and starfish bay. everything you need is in the condo, from sunscreen, shampoo, beach towels, snorkel gear and the beds were wonderful. We loved this condo. 2 couples, lot of visits to the Caribbean, first time to Grand Cayman. We really enjoyed Kaibo. Good restaurant next door, directly on the sand. Even better restaurant down a mile at Rum Point. We took a round trip on the water ferry to Camana Bay and 7 Mile Beach. Enjoyed that day but found the north side of the island to be more relaxing and enjoyable. The condo itself is well done and recently updated, exactly as advertised.
