De hoteleigenaar Ric is enorm gastvriendelijk, net als het andere personeel. Om bij je hotelkamer te komen moet je 3 afgesloten deuren door, wat ervoor zorgt dat je zeker weet dat niemand zomaar bij je binnen loopt. 'Nice central hotel, perfect for a few day trip to Hobart. Rooms were very neat and clean. The personnel was always very kind and helpful. It's a plus that there's a gym (a little small, but cannot ask much from a hotel gym and has the basic amenities that you might need), sauna and a pool with a great view. The breakfast is nice, not as full and diverse as other Ibis hotels, but still has many delicious options. Overall great value for the money.'
