'We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, in a great quiet location, and had everything we needed, from a coffee machine to laundry. We loved the backyard and grill, and our kids had a blast. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!'

'We had a great stay at the house. Communication with Alex was quick, clear, and easy throughout our visit. The location was also very convenient, just a couple of minutes by car from where we needed to be. The biggest downside was that the AC was a little temperamental, and the house seemed to run a bit cold at times. Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated how easy everything was. 'The property is separated into units which is not advertised. We ended up renting out 2 units because 15 wouldn’t fit in one, even though on the listing and guest information it said 15. The owner was really nice but also extremely confusing. The house was a lot dirtier than expected and quite messy with mattresses just lying around. 'Was only there for one night, but it was very neat and clean. The property was very easy to get to and get into. We actually walked to go to dinner because there was a little diner around the corner and it was beyond amazing. We saw the reviews for it and couldn’t believe how good the food was. 'This house was in a great area and distance from Wildwood, which came in handy for our trip. The property was well maintained and had all the amenities that were listed. I did have a few issues that I wanted to bring up. Perhaps there is an easy fix or perhaps they were unaware that it was an issue. The blanket on the larger bed with the bathroom in the room was ripped at the top. It looked as if it was shredded. Possibly by the agitator in the washing machine. 'I have stayed in many rental houses throughout the years, and this was by far the best experience I have had. The entire place was pristine and well appointed. Pool, fire pit, board games, everything you could want in a place was there. No detail was overlooked. The appliances were high end and anything you could want was provided. Glenn was very responsive and worked with us when we wanted to extend our stay. I will 100% return and have already recommended it to my family.'

'This home was ideal for our family reunion visit to Town Bank. We were 7 adults, one teen, and two girls. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in, plenty of bathrooms and room to spread out! We didn't prepare any meals, except coffee and light breakfast, but the kitchen was fully stocked. The owner stopped by and was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend his home if you find yourself in Town Bank for any reason!'

'The house is in an excellent location in a quiet part of Wildwood Crest, just a few blocks from the beach. We had 3 people and were very comfortable. I would definitely book again. If I had any suggestions, it would be to upgrade the patio furniture and provide a coffee maker. The unit had old chairs on the patio so we didn't spend much time out there.
