'The pictures from the property are nice and true but only highlight the remodeled parts of the room. The floors have no carpet which make a nice clean look, the furniture is new, simple and functional. The beds are raised about a foot off the floor so the dust doesn't get collected. Updated sink and mirror, outside of the bathroom in plain site when you walk in the room. The bathroom, however, is not updated at all: old tile of three kinds, old tub and toilet. 'I love Fairfield layout. The room is very comfortable, two televisions helped a lot with our grandson around. Breakfast is excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that the internet was out for a whole day.'

'A clean room and friendly staff are the two things I want from an economy hotel, and White Oaks was excellent with both. The front desk staff was very nice on check in - quick, pointed us to our room, told us about local food options - and the room was already air-conditioned during a heat wave. Staff remade beds and replaced soaps daily. The room was down to the "details". Very satisfied with my stay and would go again if I was in the area.'

'This has been the worst hotel stay we’ve ever been to. Sofa bed mattress was dirty, pool was green, was told they ran out of towels and blankets when I arrived, room phone was broke, staff rude and unprofessional, breakfast potatoes and pork bacon was mixed and when addressed to staff she yelled and went on a rant in Spanish. Horrible!!! Do not stay here!!!!'

'El hotel se encuentra muy lejos y en una zona en donde no hay mucho comercio. Necesitas un vehículo. En general el hotel es cómodo pero un poco viejo. Cuando llegamos no había personal que atendiera en recepción, todo fue con instrucciones y claves de acceso. El personal del restaurante muy amable.'

'I thought the location was great, the hotel was lovely. The only thing was the amenities, ie soap, shampoo, etc. was a bit light. Easy check in, easy to access the building and room'
