'Very clean property The staff are the most amazing Hotel team I've ever had, they were all friendly, engaging and very helpful. The manager does a wonderful job interacting with his staff and the guests.'

'It was great'

'Net gerenoveerd hotel. Goed personeel. Goede locatie. Goed ontbijt. Wel luidruchtige gasten, maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen.'

'Rolls-Royce, how would we go back again?'

'Clean, Fresh, and Enjoyable Stay! I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Brockport. My room was very clean and had a great, fresh clean smell as soon as I walked in. Check-in was easy and the overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it!'

'The motel is having a little problem with plumbing - toilet running constantly, heat/cold in shower. Other than that, perfect location for me.'

'Waarschijnlijk het beste hotel in de omgeving. Buiten het centrum van Rochester, maar het is maar de vraag of je daar zou willen verblijven omwille van de veiligheid.'

'Clean rooms. Perfect location to pull into after 14 hours of travel! Close to the airport but still very easy to come and go as needed.'

'clean room nice property'

'The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.'

'I arrived thinking that this was similar to other hotels that were suites. This place is focused on longer term residents. No amenities were included. No coffee pot (purchase only) or hair dryer or dishware (purchase only). The front desk was only occasionally available. I never found their open hours. The coffee in the lobby had no cups for use. I would pay closer attention at the time of booking. I would not choose this place again.'

'Broken elevator and most of breakfast buffet was out of stock.'

'Great stay, great price, great breakfast, lovely staff! Will return'

'The room was not clean up and not set up for 2 days Complain to the front desk did not help. They addressed me to call the manager only on Monday after I left. '
