'This is a small hotel located in the CBD of Auckland with access to attractions, the bay, and plenty of restaurants. It was a very comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable (not rock hard like so many big hotels), the room was small but comfortable with all the amenities, and the staff were great!'

'Everything about the hotel was good except having to pay $100 a day bond on arrival.
I was told on checking out I could have paid $200 in cash or used a debit card instead of the $600 they took.
I did use a debit card but didn’t have time to argue.
I was told money would be returned within 14 days. Funny that they take it immediately but can’t put it back immediately'
