'Thought the Hotel was very nice.
The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool.
Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. '

'If you enjoy emergency Govt housing vibes and a 60s toilet block asthetic then this place is for you. Lets be clear its cheap but should be cheaper. Its a dump. The locals congregate in the pokie room investing there Govt income or chain smoke outside between bets. This palace is advertised as 4 star. How it achieved or keeps this rating is a mystery to this particular victim. The shuttle service and staff were good. They can only work with what they have. Avoid.'

'This room was super quiet considering how close it is to the freeway, as long as the patio door was closed. Everything was like new, bed was very comfortable. We just parked on the side of the building otherwise you are charged for parking. Shower only has partial glass divider with the rest of the bathroom so very difficult not to get the floor wet. Not too many options for restaurants in the area, hotel restaurant could use a few more options for dinner.'
