'The house is in a great neighborhood. Great for walks and very close to a huge park. It is only a 5-7 min drive to the beach. We rented a golf cart and it was a very easy drive to the beach and there is plenty of parking. The pool is very large and partly shaded most of the day. It is fenced in for our pups, it's quiet with direct access to the beach (which is literally feet away), and is always good and clean. 'Everything about the house was great - very clean with ample bedrooms and bathrooms and a quiet neighborhood in the evenings. The host was extremely welcoming, communicative and responsive. One of the big attractions for our group was the location, which was awesome - within easy walking distance of downtown St. Augustine, the fort, and all the fun shops and restaurants. 'Condo is perfect for a young family (kids 5 and 7). These units are pretty small so it would feel crowded with anymore people. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Not a lot of room to put groceries away as someone else had mentioned. Condo felt clean and updated. We found the king bed to be super comfortable, it's very firm. Could see ocean from balcony. Short walk to beach and pools. Beach did not feel very crowded. Location pretty central to shopping and activities. Had everything we needed....

'We really enjoyed the convenience of this condo. It is steps to the pool and very close to the beach access. The only downside were the beds. The mattresses were very hard and quite uncomfortable.'
