'Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!'

'We stayed a full week in late July 2025. The owner Steven kept us updated during the entire booking process. Easy check-in process. The condo itself is ocean front with a short catwalk over the dunes to the beach. The property was ready for us exactly as promised. Clean, stocked with towels and linens.
