'We had two King rooms and they were so small but at least they were clean. In the shower, the water is way too soft and smells like sewer. Hotel hallways and the common bathrooms downstairs were not clean. Breakfast was what is to be expected. Elevators are extremely slow for such a small hotel. No microwave or coffee makers in the rooms. No complimentary water bottles upon check-in but there is a filtered water bottle filling station downstairs near the lobby. 'Very nice'

'We always stay here when visiting family in Macclenny, always clean, always great staff. Breakfast is nice too, but seems like less options than past stays - but still the #1 place to stay !'

'This hotel is just outside Jacksonville airport on Duvall Road. They offer parking on site for a duration of your trip(for a fee) as well as shuttle service too and from the airport. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was perfect for my early morning flight the next day I would use Hyatt place again.'
