'This is a nice property for the value. The Kickback and the pool were a disaster with screaming children and parents not paying attention so I could not relax and enjoy the amenities as they were intended. Need a larger seating area also. Doubtful I'll be back after this experience'

'I wouldn't recommend this hotel at the rate. I had several issues. The floor of the room wasn't cleaned well. The room didn't have coffee-tea maker that they publish on the site. The net of the AC was broken. The HVAC was quite old. The breakfast had limited options (e.g. no bread, only bagels). There was no nearby power outlet to charge laptop on the desk provided.'

'Stayed one night and discovered bed bugs in the room multiple live bugs on the bedding. Had to pack up and leave. Disappointing, because the location and everything else seemed fine, but a bed bug infestation is a dealbreaker. Hope management addresses it.'
