'Requested connecting rooms through the app. Hotel directly to confirm request. When we arrived on site to check in rooms were not connecting. Staff initially attempted to lie to me and told me the rooms were connecting when they clearly would be on opposite side of the hallway. More senior staff was them brought in and simply told me that they did not do as I had requested. No apologies was offered. No assistance was offered.'

'What a great historic, charming cottage! We were able to spread out as a family of 4, enjoy common areas together and truly be comfortable. We were attending a wedding at the Waucoma Event Center, and enjoyed the close proximity. A great touch was the amount of coffee pods and having paper to go cups. As a coffee drinker who almost always has a to go cup, it was nice to not have to bring one, or buy one. We loved thiss VRBO and if we find our way back to NE Iowa, we would happily stay again.'
